JOB DESCRIPTION HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBLETO: PRESIDENT&CEO
JOBSUMMARY:
Provides fullrangeofdiversified coordinationand support infunctional areasofhuman resources,whichincludestalentmanagement,onboarding,laborrelations,retention,compliance reporting, datacollection and analysis, benefits administration,training and development.

PRIMARYFUNCTIONS:
1.Providesexcellentcustomerservice.
2.TypemonthlyHumanResourcesreports,memos,proposals,minutes,andother correspondence as assigned.
3.Preparesreferencesand rejectionlettersforagencyinternal/externalapplicants.Processand disseminate employment verificationrequests within 24 hoursofcall/fax.
4.AssiststaffwithquestionsconcerningHealthbenefits,Leaves,Transfersandgeneral personnel practices / polices.
5.Assistswithmaintainingemployee's filesasmandated byregulatory agencies...Department ofPublicWelfare, Council on Accreditation and Children, Youth & Families.
6.Maintain and distribute agency forms {Dispute resolution, Transfer, FMLA,STD, Worker Compensation, NewHirePilotandothersasassign}.MonitorrequestsformonthlyHuman Resources report. GenerateCQI Committee qua1terly report.
7.Preparesagencyemployeeapplication&orientation packets{benefits,payroll,job description, offer letters, pre-screening process and others as assign.
8. Processnewhirepayroll,benefitsandemployment packetsfordistribution.Ensurepackets are complete and routed timely to itsassigned departments.
9.Track andmonitorstaffannual performance evaluation, physicals, driver’slicenses,clearances and new hire pilotfor timely completion.Forward reportof outstanding and upcoming performance evaluation, physicals and driver’s licenses, clearances and new hires to Executive Team.
10. Assist with generating quarterly and annual training rosters for dissemination to staff & management. Track and monitor staff quarterly training hours for agency required allotted training hours.
11.UpdateandmaintainHRISdatabased.
12.Updates/revisejobpostingweeklyfordisseminationtocareer&employment center.
13.Attendingscheduledmeetings,jobfairs,orientation,conferencesandtrainings.
14.Collaborateandprovideadministrativesupportforvariousagencycommittees,Clients Services Committee & Executive Team.
15.Assistwiththeplanningofagencymonthly,quarterlyandannualstaffevents.
16.Assistin trackingandmonitoringagencyfeedback surveysforms{orientation, training participationevaluation,andexitinterviews}togeneratemonthlyandannualreports.
17.Assistswithgatheringandpreparingdatafornational,stateandlocalsalarysurveysand other various agency reports.
18.ResponsiblefordisseminatingofHumanResourcesdepartmentfaxing,mailing,copyingand filing.
19.Otherdutiesasassigned.
WORKINGCONDITIONS:
Thisposition requires sittingapproximately 60%of the time,andstanding, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and driving approximately 40% of thetime.Sittingmay befor prolonged periodsoftime.Theemployeewillberequiredtooperatecomputers, photocopiers,faxmachines and similar equipment.
OUALIIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degreeor Training Certificate inadministrative/Human Resources.Ability to understand and follow instructions.Ability towork independentlyand managevaried and complexpriorities.Mustbeorganized, taskanddetailoriented,andhavegood written andoral communication skillsincluding telephoneand facetofaceinteraction.Cultural competenceis required. A broad knowledge of office equipment's and varioussoftware including Microsoft office 365 products.
