Mountaineer Employment is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (FT) Near Charleston, WV
Administrative Assistant - Commercial Real Estate The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience in Real Estate transactions.
Essential Duties:
Preparation of appraisal files including gathering data from numerous public sources, verification of zoning, gathering deed documents and organizing data to be used in appraisal reports.
Transcribing dictation for appraisal
Preparing appraisals in Word format. Individual will need strong formatting skills for appraisals that range in size from 80 – 100 pages in length with numerous charts, tables, photos and links to MS Excel documents.
Use of MS Excel and MS Access
Very light billing in Quickbooks
Answering phones and greeting all walk-in traffic (phone calls are minimal)

Hours 8:30-5:00 PM
One hour lunch
We do not have insurance available.
Small office with 7 people total. There are days this person may be there alone.
