POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' Early Program Manager will play a pivotal role creating strategies to identify and attract top talent from universities, colleges, and trade schools, ensure a positive candidate and internship experience, and manage a team to drive overall success. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and objectives for both internships and entry level positions for Solar and Construction Management Develop annual recruitment and event schedule, ensuring collaboration and transparency with internal business stakeholders Provide guidance on recruitment trends and best practices in attracting early career talent and students. Actively promote the Moss family culture, core values, and inclusion in the recruiting process, fostering an environment that welcomes and embraces students and candidates Create employee value proposition statements and materials specifically to attract students in collaboration with the Marketing Department and external partners Ensure job descriptions and job postings/advertisements are optimized for success Partner with Moss Marketing team and external agencies to develop branding materials for campus events Establish and nurture relationships with top universities, colleges, and trade schools relevant to sustainability, construction management and engineering. Represent Moss at career fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events Develop and track metrics to report results and overall ROI by school each season Engage with students through diverse channels to promote Moss’ brand and opportunities Attend campus events and oversee management of all activities surrounding events Assess and implement innovative technology solutions, talent pools, social media, and other recruitment strategies to ensure all needs and positions are filled each season Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for college hires interested in contributing to solar and construction projects Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback, and facilitate the offer and onboarding processes for roles within the solar and construction divisions Innovate ways to provide an enriching environment for interns, ensuring not only career preparation but also a positive, fulfilling, and memorable experience Visit Job sites to learn and build relationships with business leaders and interns Identify ways to ensure Moss provides an environment that not only prepares interns for their future careers but also ensures they have a positive, fulfilling, and memorable experience Demonstrate commitment to the engagement, development, and well-being of every intern, streamlining the onboarding and offboarding processes Identify opportunities to recognize and celebrate the successes and achievements of our interns Develop and implement strategies to improve overall intern conversion to hire ratio; track and communicate results, including intern and Manager surveys Develop and provide manager training to prepare them for new interns each season Provide strong leadership to the team, ensuring they meet and exceed goals and objectives Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting a positive work environment Conduct regular performance guidance and mentoring, offer constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is highly preferred Strategic, influential, and confident in building relationships with employees at all levels Attend events and build campus relationships Experience and proven success in campus and/or early career recruiting Previous experience building internship programs, and enhancing intern experience Experience managing a team of Recruiters or HR professionals Strong understanding of campus recruiting trends and best practices Excellent professional communication and people skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with university contacts and students Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Workday highly preferred) Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities 50% travel required JOB TITLE: EARLY PROGRAM MANAGER JOB LOCATION: FORT LAUDERDALE, FL CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME – EXEMPT – SALARIED REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION Moss is an equal opportunity employer.
