Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mortgage Sales Manager/Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in mortgage sales, and a passion for driving results. As the Mortgage Sales Manager/Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of mortgage loan officers, overseeing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of mortgage loan officers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and meet company objectives.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new mortgage loan officers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish sales goals, track performance metrics, and optimize processes.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage sales.
• Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in mortgage origination software and CRM systems.
• Active mortgage loan originator license (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
