- Drive aggressive growth and profitabilityby winning new accounts and expanding current account relationships
- Establish a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources, referrals, networking and cold calling
- Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth
- Set and attend face to face meetings with decision makers
- Understand negotiation profitability that is inline with market rates
- ABC skills
- Previous sales expeirence in manufacturing / staffing a plus
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Proficient using social media including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
