Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, theatre, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to customers in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and goals

Skills:
- Strong food service management skills, with experience in overseeing restaurant operations

- Hotel a plus

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar restaurant management software
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards

- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and health codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
