Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our establishment, including staff supervision, financial performance, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cash handling procedures
- Experience in coffee or hotel industry is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully supervising a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
