Moleskine America, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales Support Associate for our B2B Corporate Markets division. Located in our NY office and reporting to the director, you will provide support to the sales team and interface with various business partners.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming requests from potential corporate clients and partners, understand customer needs and advise on:
  • inventory availability
  • explain decoration techniques
  • prepare written or oral price quotations when needed
• Field and process incoming requests, and maintain reporting for department
• Insert and qualify all new leads in C4C system
• Create opportunities and sales quotes in C4C system and insert orders in SAP system
• Update orders with change notices, order scheduling changes, partial shipments, and shipping changes, etc.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operation departments in order to make sure there are no order delays due to finance or logistic issues
• Field and process requests from sales team and partners for product samples and catalogs, and follow-up with tracking information
• Receive and respond to existing B2B customer inquiries, analyze requests and resolve any customer concerns
• Insert POs for travel expenses, marketing activities, trade shows and office samples

Required Qualifications

• 2-years experience in a customer service or sales support environment
• Experience with SAP and C4C for order entry and client management is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient user of Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Knowledge about the Moleskine brand and products a plus
