DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare shipping documents and pick sheets for the Warehouse team

· Update and maintain accurate information for the Logistics Dashboards

· Communicate with Warehouse, Logistics, Carriers and Customer Care teams to provide shipment/carrier status and troubleshoot issues as they arise

· Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment and distribution

· Support the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring the shipping runs smoothly across all sales channels day-to-day

· Support the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring all daily responsibilities are attended to in a customer service-oriented and productive fashion

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, RF Scan required

· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)

· A self-starter who takes initiative and sets good example

· Organized, detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset

· Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed

· Administrative support and/or operations experience within a warehouse environment an asset

· Experience with UPS, Fedex, Courriers, LTL shipping an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $39,000.00 - $43,680.00 per year
