Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer phone calls, emails, take messages
- Provide information and assistance Students regarding services
- Check-in and check-out Students and Guest, ensuring accurate registration and payment processes
- Handle Student and Guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Experience
-Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
-Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
-Experience working with Children a plus
- Experience with Mindbody a plus
