Required Skills, Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 year of accounting experience preferred.
• Personal computer knowledge including Excel spreadsheets and word processing.
• 10-key proficiency of 160 kspm on a computer numeric keypad/calculator and a typing proficiency of 40 wpm
• Strong understanding of balancing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, reconciliation, organizational, and detail orientation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, work with frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
• Ability to come into work, on time and daily.

• Prepares and processes daily bank deposit for incoming checks for Moda and subsidiary entities.
• Balances the cash postings to cash deposits. 
• Prepares and completes admin invoices for various subsidiary companies. Prepare and complete miscellaneous invoices for all Moda entities.
• Develops and documents internal policies and procedures as needed to optimize efficiency of department workflow.
• Accounts Payable processing.
• Maintains Accounting Operations department filing system.
• Audits and provides appropriate training as needed to AOS I team members.
• Attends internal and external meetings as needed.
• Analyzes current processes and programs to ensure that billings, accounting reports, and payments meet both client and department needs
• Performs other duties as assigned.
