Accounting Specialist -

Overview of the Accounting Specialist role:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable - approx. 20 invoices per day, weekly check runs, ACH processing
• Accounts Receivable - daily deposits, client billing/invoicing/bill of lading, aging tracking and client account calls
• Account and credit card reconciliations
• Assist clients with account/billing questions with a customer service mindset

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• Solid understanding of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Proactive in tackling challenges and a desire to provide great customer service
