Accounting Specialist - flexible schedule

Overview of the Accounting Specialist role:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable -weekly check runs, ACH processing
• Accounts Receivable - cash applications, account reconciliations, and variance research
• Account, credit card, and bank reconciliations
• Upload invoices from eCommerce site to the accounting system

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• Solid understanding of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Proactive in tackling challenges
• Comfortable working independently and proactive in asking questions and communicating status updates
