Job Description:

• Answering phones
• Filing away paperwork
• Assisting CFO with any projects or tasks needed.
• Greet incoming guests
• Provide applicants appropriate documentation
• Follow up on requests
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing
• Researching product and materials.
• Maintain an organized and presentable lobby for guests
• Distribute mail, etc.

Requirements:

• Have a professional demeanor.
• Have excellent organizational skills.
• Have knowledge of commercial contracting industry
• Have problem solving abilities.
• Ability to pay high attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours. Be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope intelligently under pressure.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), Adobe (PDF), Illustrator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
