Position Description
The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to payroll, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee onboarding, policy and procedure development, legal compliance, HR analytics, strategic planning, health and safety, and employee engagement.
