Compensation: This position provides a base salary with the opportunity for commission.

We are seeking a Roofing Sales Manager to lead and develop our roofing division. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in roofing sales and is a results-oriented professional.

What you'll do:
- Engage with residential and commercial property owners to sell roofing services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and target new customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in roofing sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in account management, including maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success in a competitive sales environment
- Prior experience with Smartsheet is a plus
