Job Summary

The Sales Representative duties include promoting, selling and securing new business. Activities include but not limited to soliciting new business, making inside and outside sales calls, surveys, sales visits, follow up, phone calls, sales presentations, and attaining sales goal.

Responsibilities

Sales Functions

• Prioritize sale activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability.
• Prospecting and developing new client relationships to drive increase market share and sales opportunities.
• Complete Job Order Acknowledgement and required documents in a timely fashion.
• Preparing proposals; delivering presentations for potential clients and current clients.
• Use research to produce service strategies for potential and current clients.
• Achieve assigned sales revenue and gross margin goals.
• Form working relationship with recruiting team to enable effective placement of employees and service of customer needs
• Provide customer need info (job descriptions, skills, requirement, etc.) to recruiters so they can effectively place employees.
• Consistent communication with recruiters to be able to report back to customer.
• Enable hand-off of customer relationship to recruiting team after specified period.
• Use company provided CRM to document sales activities and future task, follow-up and etc.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Client Satisfaction Functions

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong recruiter relationships.
• Perform necessary follow through on client orders.
• Work closely with clients to ensure Cardinal standards of service are being met.
• Resolves client disputes in a professional manner without losing sight of the mission.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated successful track record in sales and closing business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated with high level of drive, energy and persistence.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• 2 years experience in marketing, sales and the staffing industry or related field.
• Associate Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar field or equivalent work experience.
