Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location. May require travel to unanticipated worksites up to 25%.
• Education: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.• Experience: 36 months of experience in any business program management-related occupation.• Alternate requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; and 60 months of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in any business program management-related occupation.• Specific skills: Experience must include 36 months of experience in each of the following: Transformation Management; Payroll; Human Resources Management; Human Resources Systems; Project Management; Stakeholder Management; Business Process Reengineering.

The offered base pay range for this specific position (V13600979), in New York, NY, $180,000 to $210,000 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 10 scheduled paid holidays, and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off.
