3-5 years ofrelevant role experience on the required skill sets below
5-10 years ofoverall experience in business analysis or related to domains (HR, recruiting,etc and then switchd to implementation or product management)
Implementchanges and improvements in Contingent Workforce MSP Program and its VMSplatform
Work closelywith Stakeholders and identify issues, potential solutions to the program
Manage multipleprojects, with analytical thinking, planning, and problem solving to deliverpositive results for the organization
Develop refinedspecifications and output via regular Stakeholder Meetings
Developprocedures, project planning documents, informative materials
Provide supportand assistance for overall Contingent Workforce Program
Participate incurrent state assessment of the program
Designprocesses, controls and educate users
Develop andrationalize business requirements from many stakeholders for both processdesign and technology implementation.
RequiredQualifications:
Bachelor’sDegree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience inChange Management in Contingent Workforce Management (preferred) or relateddisciplines in Human Resources.
Experience inFinance industry is a plus
Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Ability to workwith business and function leaders to understand their requirements
Ability toclearly document and communicate outputs into working business processes andprocedures
Data and logicdriven approach to solution design
Advanced skillsin MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
ProjectManagement experience is a plus
Self driven --Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion
Organized andstrong communication skills
Ability to workin collaborative environment but contribute independently where required
Ability tomultitask several ongoing issues. This involves the ability to assess priorityand make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively
