Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payments and maintaining records. We are looking for someone with strong accounting skills and experience in accounts payable processes.

Duties:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and transactions

- Bank reconciliation for owner and operating accounts.

- Sales tax monthly payments and tracking.

- Management fee monthly payments and tracking.

- Generate utilities for tenants monthly.

- Calculate tenant utilities billback, posting and tracking.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
- Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned

Experience:

• Two-year college or some college preferred.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
• Strong knowledge of AP process, matching batching
• Strong analytical knowledge and or experience
