The Role
Metropolis is seeking a Director, Business Development, to lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth, expand market presence, and increase revenue opportunities aggressively throughout our portfolio. You will identify and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and senior level executives to develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth at enterprise and medium-sized businesses. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Business Development, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management, with a proven track record of success in driving business expansion and achieving revenue targets.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000.00 to 140,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base pay is one component of Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative commission plan and more.
