Patient Services Representative – As part of the Metro Drugs team, you will utilize your knowledge to provide our patients with World Class Customer Service and delivery of medication to their homes. Make a difference by bringing your personal touch and experiences that will support our patient’s care. Additional responsibilities of the Patient Services Representative include:
- Contacting patients to coordinate shipments and delivery
- Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners and patients
