The Impact You Will Have Every Day:
- Provide elevated customer service while being attentive to client & patient needs
- Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional telephone and email communication
- Manage multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Monitor client flow from check-in to discharge, and process payment transactions
- Assist in cleaning the hospital, including but not limited to keeping reception desk area and lobby clean
- Have the highest communication standards to relay appropriate information between clients and doctors and/or management
What We Look For:
- Must be available to work some weekend and evening hours
- Previous veterinary experience is encouraged but not required
- Computer skills: Windows-based computer systems, word processing, email, web search and other skills needed to effectively use the practice management software program
