The primary role of the CSR is to assure customer demands are met for print, promotional production and fulfillment and write appropriate job tickets. The environment is very fast-paced and deadline oriented.QualificationsSkills Required:Proven relationship building skills and client interaction experienceMust have prior print / copy shop experienceDemonstrate effective independent thinking and management skillsVery strong work ethicBe the point of contact for several customers dailyCheck if artwork provided by client is print readyReview PO's to write tickets up based on purchase order for productionCreate invoices and take paymentTake care of online ordersAddresses all client inquiries and concerns in a business-like and timely manner.Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasmProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google AppsHave a light understanding of print and signage production, paper materials, etc.Be able to explain details and benefits to clients and close deals.Have an understanding of printing formats, resolution, color space (cmyk vs. rgb vs pantone).Sales experience is a plusAdditional InformationExperience and Education Required:College / University Juniors or SeniorsRequired 6 month commitment
