About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of office duties while providing excellent customer service to our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet pet parents and their four-legged friends with a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage the schedule of daily appointments and walk-ins, ensuring that our veterinarians have a clear understanding of their schedules.
- Make calls and communicate via email to other Vet Practices and clients as necessary, coordinating care and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is in order.
- Keep our common areas clean and well-stocked, creating a pleasant and calm environment for pets and staff.
- Provide a high level of hospitality and professionalism for our pet parents, answering questions and providing information and education as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused.
- Comfortable working with animals, including dogs, cats, and other small pets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Salary and Benefits: ($41,000 – $45,000)
- Uniforms and jackets provided for a professional appearance and comfort during colder weather.
- 20 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, which can be used for vacation, sick days, or personal days.
