OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for an experienced Counter Sales/ Customer Service Representative for our Orlando-North store. The main objectives of this position are to greet walk-in customers, over the phone and online inquiries. Daily responsibilities are to provide quotes, process orders, purchasing material according to customer’s requirement but not limited to other duties as required. Salary commensurate with experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum Five years of proven sales/customer service

· Metal knowledge will be a great plus but we will train

· Must be computer literate

· Clear communication and effective listening skills

· Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette

· Bi-lingual English and Spanish

· Must be a people-person

· Must have a valid driver’s license, own transportation and insurable
