Finance Director, Metaverse Responsibilities:

• Develop high-trust partnerships with leaders across Metaverse Product Group leadership and support critical business decision making
• Build and manage a budget that supports Metaverse’s operating needs and sets clearly defined short-term goals and operational plans for the next year
• Develop a Long Range Plan that supports Metaverse’s strategic vision and financial goals as well as the Company’s long-term mission
• Oversee quarterly reporting process and ensure Product Group leadership understands key revenue trends and how resources are being deployed
• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic and operational projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 15 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business strategy, FP&A, business operations and/or analytics
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem-solving individually or in a group setting
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a complex, fast-changing environment
• Proven track record in evaluating business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and proposing and implementing solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Senior strategic finance role in a high-growth technology company
