Then this may be the role for you.Your responsibilities in this role- Compare monthly operating results against budget- Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures- Oversee the preparation of all financial reports- Manage the composition of financial outlooks and financial forecasts- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions- Oversee all hiring aspects of finance staff, including training and retention- Adhere to local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements- Suggest benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance- Take ownership of insurance and risk management- Maintains and reviews budgeting and forecasting models- Manage daily operations of the finance and accounting department- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives- Work with department managers to develop five-year business plans- Supervise financial planning and budget management functionsThe salary range for this position is $160,000 to $205,000.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision401(k) with company matchLife Insurance / Supplemental Life / Short and Long Term Disability11 paid holidays3 weeks PTO
