Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at Good Vibrations Family Chiropractic our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and greeting patients as they arrive. Occasionally, you may assist with clinical work such as diagnostic assessments. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care that can make a difference in peoples lives, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities
Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic
Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room
Answer inquiries via phone calls and email
Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
Verify payment methods and process payments
perform some bookkeeping assignments
Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
Administer screening assessments as requested
Be detail oriented
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required and associates degree or higher preferred
Previous administrative experience, preferably in a Holistic health care setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Assertiveness and Positive Attitude
Be proficient in completing projects
Comfortable in collecting monies on new and existing accounts
Organized, detailed and process oriented
Strong marketing and communication skills that contain certainty including over the phone
Be adaptable and give good vibes
Able to take charge and lead various situation's
Can give 5 star customer service
