Position Summary
The Regional Office Manager will be overseeing the daily operations of our medical practice at the Salisbury location, and in the future, an office located in Somerset, Maryland. The regional manager will work closely with providers, management, and staff. Duties include implementing MFP network-wide policies while identifying operational opportunities at the practices that result in greater patient engagement, quality of care, provider satisfaction, professional development of team members, as well as financial efficiency and profitability. The job purpose revolves and acts to support the mission, vision, and values of MFP. The position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, or the equivalent in education and closely related work experience, required.
