Regional Collections Manager Position Summary-
Our Regional Collection Manager is someone that's dedicated, flexible, task-oriented, and self-driven. This role involves meeting weekly goals, traveling to locations, and training collection team members to achieve RAC company standards and building the best collection team within our industry.
Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Ongoing training for existing collection teams
• Training new hires in the collection department
• Handle field collections to pickup merchandise
• Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired
• Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs, with assistance if needed
• Bi-lingual is a plus
