PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide supervision and guidance to a team of dedicated alcohol and drug counselors.
- Facilitate team meetings and case consultations, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Review and co-sign all assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes to ensure quality care.
- Participate in program development and staff training initiatives.
- Carry out additional supervisory duties as required.
- Education: A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, or a Bachelor's in a related field.
- Prior Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical supervision experience in the field of substance abuse.
- Certifications: Possession of a certified clinical supervision letter and Maryland licensing as either a CAC-AD, CSC-AD, or LCPC.
- Salaries are highly competitive and negotiable, based on experience.
- Skills: Adept at utilizing computer-based productivity tools; thorough understanding of professional, national, and state ethical standards; familiarity with mental health issues in substance abuse recovery; a proven ability to work with a diverse clientele; and a history of successful team collaboration and leadership.
