Operations Manager
MISSION
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for project coordination and communication. Proactive and clear communication from the OM to the client is essential to ensure the client is never surprised. Thorough communication between the OM and the installation team employees is essential to ensure they are always organized and prepared. Through diligent scheduling of labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, the OM will be able to smoothly relay information to all parties involved and achieve high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
