SUMMARY:
Assists office and field team members and conducts administrative operation of the office.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of four years experience in the administrative field.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of general office procedures.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant will have demonstrated competence in the administrative field through approximately four years of experience. The Administrative Assistant will have training and demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite/365 computer programs. Ability to use logical thinking and personal judgment to perform a variety of office tasks that require special skills and knowledge. Able to follow instructions without close supervision. Must be able to speak and write clearly and accurately, plan own work and occasionally the work of others, interact with people, and change work activities frequently while maintaining a “can do” attitude.
