Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Six months of clerical or customer service experience preferred.

- Manage filing systems and track suspense files.
- Provide backup telephone support.
- Process invoices and maintain billing records.
- Record meeting minutes and maintain attendance records.
- Arrange travel logistics.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Support the organization's quality program(s).
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Six months of clerical or customer service experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational abilities.
