Front Desk Office Manager needed for a busy, multi-disciplinary office. We are an outpatient facility that offers physical therapy, chiropractic care & acupuncture, under the diagnosis of a board certified physician. Essential Duties:
- Manage the schedule on the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Coordinate appointments and gather necessary information.
- Verify insurance status, eligibility, and referrals when required.
- Execute and contribute to promotional strategies for retention.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize result
-Educate staff members on current promotions to ensure consistent messaging and customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with directors.
- Analyze statistics and provide insights to improve office efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with HR to manage office schedules and updates.
- Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate communication between providers and patients to ensure effective follow-up and care plans.
- Answer multi-line phones and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check-in and check-out patients, collect co-pays, and review insurance paperwork.
- Must be goal-oriented and adept at multitasking.
- Ability to work from 10am to 6pm.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and scheduling programs.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office/Excel.
- 2 years of management experience
