MaxHealth is Hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst Near Sarasota, FL

MaxHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to MaxHealth team members and providers related to all organizational technologies. This role is part of a service desk team which serves as the primary point of contact for all MaxHealth technology support needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver support with empathy and compassion allowing our team members and providers to focus on our mission of delivering high quality patient outcomes.

Location: Sarasota, FL with hybrid flexibility after initial training (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to all technologies related to MaxHealth business processes.
  • Document all service requests, incidents, and problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve requests, incidents, problems to meet or surpass organizational SLAs.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to other teams when necessary with appropriate notes
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT team to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or two or more years of post-high school continuing education in computers, IT, computer science, or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support or related field
  • Knowledge of common software applications, operating systems, and hardware components
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
    1. Availability to work outside of normal business hours when required.
  • Certifications such as ITIL or HDI are a plus.
