MaxHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to MaxHealth team members and providers related to all organizational technologies. This role is part of a service desk team which serves as the primary point of contact for all MaxHealth technology support needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver support with empathy and compassion allowing our team members and providers to focus on our mission of delivering high quality patient outcomes.
Location: Sarasota, FL with hybrid flexibility after initial training (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
