MaxHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions aligned with MaxHealth' s business objectives. Your responsibilities include hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Salesforce, architecture, best practices, and strong communication skills.

Location: Tampa, FL with hybrid flexibility after initial training (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

Salary Range Between $100K to $140K depending on experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring junior members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect solutions that meet business needs.
• Architect and design solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.
• Implement Salesforce data integration patterns to synchronize data between Salesforce and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, perform quality assurance checks, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies, releases, and industry trends, and make recommendations for adopting new features and functionalities.
• Support agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
• 4 years or more experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience leading custom development in a healthcare context.
• Exposure to integrating Salesforce with EHR systems and other healthcare tools & Azure Integrations is a plus
• Experience conducting visioning sessions for healthcare-specific solutions.
