Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Legal Assistant at Matura Farrington. The role will involve performing legal document preparation, providing legal administrative assistance, managing calendars, and supporting the litigation team. The role is primarily located in San Francisco, CA, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
• 3-5 years of experience in legal document preparation and administrative assistance within a law firm
• Proficiency in calendaring and scheduling
• Proficiency with creating Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities, and preparing trial binders and exhibits
• Experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with legal software and research tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
