- Assist with civil litigation and regulatory matters
- Work closely with cross functional teams to collect documents and data in response to subpoenas and discovery requests
- Assist with review of collected documents and coordinate with outside counsel
- Track document productions and deadlines to ensure timely compliance with legal obligations
- Draft legal holds and ensure preservation of employee data when necessary
- Maintain organization of litigation/regulatory files and various legal documents
- Assist with special projects as needed, including ad-hoc legal research and analysis
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
- 2-5 years of law firm and/or in-house paralegal experience
- Ability to assist in the development of various legal processes, policies and playbooks
- Self-starter, quick learner, hard working, highly driven and proactive
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and sound judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage and multi-cultural environment
- Previous in-house experience at a Fintech or financial service company’s legal department
- Professional/personal experience and enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies, Web3, and blockchain technologies
- Experience working on cross-jurisdictional matters and a global legal team
