We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team in North America. Our ideal candidate will come with a skillfully strategic and motivated approach to partnering with business leaders, managing the development, implementation, coordination and administration of all major human resource programs and functions across the region. In this transformational role, the Senior HR Manager will support the organizational development and implementation of the overall global HR strategy while spearheading regional leadership development, proactive recruitment and employee relations and engagement programming. This unique role will provide an opportunity to strategically align and connect all groups across th. e region to support SGK's nimble, collaborative global packaging and brand experience team.
