We are seeking an Application Support Analyst (ERP Munis) for a client role.
The role is 99% remote but requires employees to be able to travel to the Washington, DC, area with a 1-hour notice.
- Manage Enterprise ERP Munis system maintenance, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain system documentation for ERP resource utilization, security, and availability
- Monitor Enterprise ERP Munis system performance and optimization.
- Provide support and assistance for server resources and installation of ERP.
- Assist in scripting and automation processes to enhance access and efficiency.
- Perform regular system maintenance to ensure further preventative measures.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in the industry.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience working in a technical role within the Munis ERP is preferred
- Hands-on experience with advanced scripting, automation, and customization
- Deep knowledge of installation/configuration of ERP system resources
- Expertise in system metrics and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of ERP security standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline pref
