Matchcruit is assisting a client in their search for a Litigation Attorney,  responsible for representing clients in legal disputes and litigation proceedings. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting legal research.
  • Drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Interviewing clients and witnesses.
  • Presenting oral arguments in court.

The attorney will also analyze and evaluate cases, develop legal strategies, and negotiate settlements on behalf of their clients. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the law and court procedures, are essential for this role. The Litigation Attorney often works in collaboration with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals to build a strong case, advocate for their client's interests, and achieve the best possible outcomes in litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • State bar admission.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in  Litigation Attorney.
