Civil Engineering Firm is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Washington, DC

A Civil Engineering Firm is looking for an attorney to come in and primarily manage outside counsel and oversee/direct the firm's efforts in regards to defending a major lawsuit involving trade secrets.

In addition to managing litigation, there's a chance they'd like "the successful candidate" to pitch in on some of the transactional needs they have as well and support bids and proposals, contract review and negotiations, while doing some ongoing project management.

Basically, what my client is looking for is someone with a good deal of high-stakes litigation experience who can make sure that outside counsel is doing their job properly (and efficiently) while also doing some contract negotiation from time to time.

Further Details

Pay: $85/hr ($170,000/year)

Duration: One year, at least, and they might convert this to perm sooner than later

Location: STERLING, VA (2 seconds north of Dulles)

To start, they want folks in office 3 days a week
