The work:

This role will be responsible for troubleshooting capabilities of application, integrations, and cloud components while also coordinating with client/tenants to arrange maintenance activities. This role requires a strong level of flexibility and follow through with a level of autonomy. CSP includes AWS (primarily), OCI, and some Azure.

Here is what you need:

• 2-5 years of experience in DevOps, an AWS, OCI, and/or Azure environment, and/or within application/cloud support
• Experience installing enterprise applications Linux and/or Windows
• Ability to work within an Agile environment

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in an Operations and Maintenance environment
• Experience supporting any of the following applications backend in a CSP (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Bitbucket, Sonarqube, circleci, Jenkins, Xray, JFrog)
• CI/CD automation experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DOD IL4, IL5 and/or IL6 security controls, continuous monitoring and assessment & authorization and other federal security standards and guidelines.

California: $73,900 - $170,200

Colorado: $73,900 - $147,100

New York: $68,400 - $170,200

Washington State: $78,600 – $156,600
