You Are:

The Agile Product Manager will work in the Program Management team in the CISO organization. This role will help all the teams within the CISO organization shift to Agile delivery practices to standardize ways of working, provide clear insight into project status and accelerate the adoption and effectiveness of delivery using practices like Kanban.

Responsibilities Include:

• Define a standardized approach to agile delivery that is easy to understand and usable across the CISO teams.
• Define a common set of metrics to measure project performance.
• Assist in building out the agile tools and templates to ensure they are set up appropriate to meet the objectives and reporting needs.
• Onboard CISO teams to the defined agile approach and toolkits
• Implement the data sources or tools needed to generate the defined performance metrics.
• Create dashboard reporting that ensures Leadership has clear and real-time insight into the status of projects.
• Measure an established objective set of metrics to gauge effectiveness of the agile operating model.
• Implement and manage agile processes in support of the meeting the CISO business objectives.
• Implement a continuous improvement model that is backed by empirical data to continually improve productivity across the teams.
• Ensure new projects are launched consistently and effectively.
• Coach CISO team on agile delivery best practices for

Here's What You Need:

• US Citizenship required.
• 7 years of experience leveraging agile methodologies for project delivery.
• 3 years leading and coaching teams in agile methods.
• High proficiency in Jira for work visualization, tracking and dashboarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong project management/organizational skills, including attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
