Simon-Kucher is seeking a Recruiter to serve as a full life cycle recruiter within the North America Talent Acquisition team. This role will be instrumental in developing relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborating with functional areas to ensure a robust candidate selection process. The Recruiter will report to the Campus TA Manager and will primarily focus on campus recruitment hiring efforts. During non-peak campus periods, the Recruiter will recruit and source experienced talent.

The pay rangefor this position in New York is $75,000 – $85,000/yr. Compensation may varydepending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and businessneeds.
