In the United States - Atlanta | Boston | Chicago | New York

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Recruiter to serve as a full life cycle recruiter within the North America Talent Acquisition team. This role will be instrumental in developing relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborating with functional areas to ensure a robust candidate selection process. The Recruiter will report to the Campus TA Manager and will primarily focus on campus recruitment hiring efforts. During non-peak campus periods, the Recruiter will recruit and source experienced talent.

Your challenge:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop the talent acquisition strategy for Campus and Experienced hiring which includes job posting optimization, recruitment marketing, and comprehensive sourcing strategies.
  • Propose and implement various controls to ensure compliance with relevant federal agencies (EEOC, OFCCP, DOL, etc.) and obligations under federal, state, and local laws.
  • Serve as owner and expert of all recruitment processes, technology, and practices.
  • Own and drive the full-life cycle recruitment process from sourcing using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates; and pre-screening, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and managing interviews. Manage the development of proactive pipelines for key talent segments, especially mission-critical roles supporting both the Healthcare & Life Sciences and Americas divisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to support candidates through onboarding to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Manage or take part in assigned special projects, such as enhancing and updating recruitment materials, processes, or technology to support Talent Acquisition goals.
Your profile:
  • At least 2-4 years of prior relevant experience preferably in professional services supporting campus and experienced hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging data from varying sources to drive insight and predict future performance.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, results oriented, adaptability, managerial skills, and ability to influence.
  • Skilled in using sourcing tools including ATS, resume databases, LI Recruiter, user group lists, social media and industry-specific online professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and job boards.
  • A bachelor‘s degree is required.
  • The position will require travel up to 15%.

This job willbe hybrid in the Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, or New York office.
The pay rangefor this position in New York is $75,000 – $85,000/yr. Compensation may varydepending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and businessneeds. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance,and 401(k) to eligible employees.
