We specialize in contract placement of Engineers, Technical and Business Operations professionals across all industries nationwide. Founded in 2009, we are an established young company that is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team.
Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, calling, interviewing, prequalifying and submitting candidates for contract opportunities for our clients. Coordinating, prepping candidates and scheduling interviews with our clients. Build and maintain relationships with your candidate from the first call, during the interview process, and throughout the assignment.
Description

  • Identify qualified candidates by developing and implementing various sourcing strategies
  • Interview candidates via phone, zoom or in person
  • Match candidate strengths with our client requirements
  • Manage the submittal process, prepare\fix resumes when applicable, write up a submittal highlighting your candidate’s strengths as it relates to the job, communicating with our sales & account management teams consistently
  • Prepare candidates for interview by conducting interview prep, manage the debrief process (post interview with client) and submit feedback internally
  • Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates and gain commitment
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates and assist with the onboarding process
  • Maintain relationships with selected candidates and potential candidates
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems and updating records
  • Peer leadership
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in staffing and\or recruiting, ideally IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare or Administrative experience preferred
