FundGuard is Hiring a Recruiter Near Boston, MA

FundGuard is a rapidly growing software technology company that still embodies a small start-up culture. We are hiring a Boston based Recruiter to help grow our US site.

As a Recruiter, you will help shape, build, and scale our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and be given ownership of the entire recruiting process including qualifying requirements, sourcing, recruiting, and closing talents’ hires.

This position requires an uncommon balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to act as an ambassador of the company and have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. Most importantly, you must have a genuine passion for people.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions - R&D, Product, Customer Success, etc.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, HR and company leadership.
  • Strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy.

Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process.

Requirements:
  • 8 years in a similar recruiter capacity leading the hiring process end to end.
  • 6 years in the tech industry, at least 3 years in a technology-focused start-up company, with direct experience filling roles across all organizational units.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering against a rigorous timeline and balancing prioritization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting methods: reach out to candidates and companies, organize and execute networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
  • Provide best in class customer service to both hiring managers, candidates and referrals.
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working minimum 3 days a week in our office; our office is located in Dedham MA.
  • Employment authorization in the US is required (no Visa sponsorship).
  • Optional periodic travel to our office in Tel Aviv.

BONUS REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with Financial markets is a big plus.
  • Expertise in leveraging at ATS (we use Comeet) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
  • HR experience and knowledge.
