Staff Accountant

Job Role:

• Assist in accurately recording entries in the general ledger, paying special attention to significant balance sheet accounts and income and expense categories for multiple entities.
• Collaborate with operating entity leads to maintain accurate data in the accounting software and ensure timely month-end closing procedures.
• Monitor and implement best practices, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and other financial control processes to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of general ledger accounts.
• Provide analytical insights and value-added support for various business operations and projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a business role, demonstrating strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of GAAP and experience with concepts such as revenue recognition, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting systems.
